The Profession

I am the Surgeon of Sentence
The Judge of Accusers
The Healer of Wrong

From I
You will receive Nothing
But from Me you will receive All

I am
The Words on the tip of your Tongue
I will not give you what you Seek
But I will grant you so much More
I am the Voice
The Voice of Reason
Although I am Wrong
I am very much quite right
You know What I am

Who
Are you?

-Quis est Morbus?

  1. Danny, what a poem! I like the way you use capital letters sporadically for emphasis. I also like the riddle aspect of this poem. It makes me think of The Rolling Stones song Sympathy for the Devil. Cool. I look forward to seeing more of your writing! You are quite a talented fellow :)
